First pull on this one. Unusually fruit-forward — the dual-phase process coming straight through. 12.9g in, 32g out. Ratio feels right but the flavour still has some edges to round out. Promising with more rest time.

13g in, 26g out. Slightly tighter ratio. Full-bodied, rich, zero harshness. This bean is exceptionally consistent — one of the best shots in recent memory. Hard to fault on any variable.
